Entry Procedures:

After your entry has been received and the deadline has passed, you will be sent the name and address of your coordinator in early December. Read the Rules and FAQ first, and then fill out the online entry form and make your payment through PayPal.  A separate entry fee of $25 is required for each title entered; however, entrants may "bundle" payments for multiple entries. To enter Best First Book, add $5.00 to the entry fee of that book.

Deadlines:

• Deadline for receipt of entries and checks: December 1, 2011.

• The deadline for receipt of books: January 15, 2012.
